The General Terms of Service ("GTC") include company name: Anna Kertész E.V. Please use our services only if you agree with all its points and consider them binding on you. This document will not be filed, it will only be concluded in electronic form (it is not considered a written contract), and it does not refer to a code of conduct.

Questions not regulated in these Regulations, as well as the interpretation of these Regulations, are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society CVIII of 2001 the relevant provisions of the law. Range of products and services available for purchase

1.6. The service provider's products can be ordered online, through the online store, some in person at events and in our Budapest store.
1.7. The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the real thing.

1.8. The indicated prices are in forints and include VAT. The delivery cost will be charged to the buyer in addition to the indicated prices. The service provider will provide information on its amount before finalizing the order according to the selected delivery method.

Order process

1.9. the customer has the opportunity to choose or order from the store's products. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If you want to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "View" button of the basket, you will find the products placed in the basket during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost.

1.10. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially the prices and quantities, which you can modify or improve as needed. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.

1.11. If you think the amount of products in the basket is adequate, you have checked the total amount and you have decided that you want to buy them, then simply click on the "Checkout" button. In our store, you can also shop without registration, so you can choose from three options:

  • would you like to log in as an already registered customer?
  • you want to register as a new customer
  • maybe you want to buy without registration

If you have already made a purchase in our store, please enter the e-mail address and password you entered during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, enter the data required for the purchase, which will be stored by the system, and you only have to log in the next time you make a purchase. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.

In the next step, choose the shipping method that suits you:

  • Home delivery with Hungarian Post or Foxpost courier service
  • Personal collection at the Foxpost machine
  • personal collection at our customer service (at a pre-arranged time)
  • International shipping is carried out by an international shipping company, depending on the destination country

After that, you must choose a payment method that suits you:

  • bank transfer - (when you place your order, we will notify you by e-mail that your order is in "pending status", as soon as the transferred amount arrives in our bank account, we will activate your order and provide you with all necessary additional information by e-mail)
  • cash on delivery - (cash payment in the case of home delivery, to the employee of the DPD courier service upon receipt of the shipment)
  • Paypal payment - (bank card online payment method through the secure Paypal system)
  • Payment at a Foxpost Parcel Vending Point of your choice (you can pay for the received unopened, undamaged package with a bank card.
  • cash - (at our customer service at a pre-arranged time)

If you agree with the content of the order, click the "Order" button to send the order.


1.12. The provider's online store is obliged to confirm the arrival of the user's order to the user electronically without delay. If this confirmation is not received by the user within the expected time frame, depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours after the user's order was sent, the user is released from the obligation to make an offer or contractual obligation. an order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received by the service provider or the user when it becomes available to him. The parties may deviate from the above rules if they have agreed.

Processing and fulfillment of orders

If the Service Provider and the User have not agreed on the date of performance, the Service Provider is obliged to perform the performance in accordance with the contract at the time or within the time specified in the User's notice, or, in the absence of a notice, no later than thirty days from the receipt of the order by the Service Provider.

If the Service Provider does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available, it is obliged to inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User immediately, but no later than within thirty days. Fulfilling this obligation does not exempt the Service Provider from other consequences of breach of contract.

Right of withdrawal

1.16. 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business. (II.26.) Pursuant to the regulations of the Government Decree, the User may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product, or return the ordered product.

1.19. The webshop is obliged to inform the consumer about its headquarters, the place of complaint handling - if it is not the same as the place of distribution or sales - and about the method adapted to the particularities of the given activity, commercial form or method, as well as the correspondence address of the company or the customer service of the company in order to communicate complaints your address and - if you also receive complaints in this way - your electronic mail address, internet address, and phone number.

Miscellaneous Provisions

1.20. The Service Provider and the User try to settle their disputes amicably.
